99 Bottles of Beer on the Wall... 99 Bottles of Beer... CCBW is organized by the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild as an exhibition of the city's craft beer community, the venues serving craft beers, and the breweries served in those venues. The Week is celebrated through the Chicago Beer Passport and a series of featured events showcasing the wealth of great beer available throughout the city.
